Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in time 2pm. Check out time 10am
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes, we require a valid credit card for a $10 credit card authorisation. This will be used for any incidental charges that may incur during the stay. Please note: we do not accept cash.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes – Please advise when making your reservation or contact South Central direct.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-outs are subject to availability. Please enquire with reception if you would like to organise a late check-out. Please note: late check-out fees apply.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
In order to secure your reservation, non-refundable accommodation charges are payable at the time the reservation is made. Please be advised that once payment has been taken the reservation is 100% non-refundable. A 0.5% fee applies to all transactions settled by MasterCard and Visa & a 3.05% fee applies to American Express. This fee will be added to the total of the transaction. We do not accept cash payments. For all other bookings, a credit card is used to secure the booking. Your nominated credit card will then be charged your total accommodation charge 48 hours prior to check-in.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Please note the Reception for this complex is located at The Capitol Apartments (35 Peel St, South Brisbane). Reception hours are 7am to 9pm on Mondays to Saturdays and 8am to 5pm on Sundays with the exception of public holidays - Please contact hotel for details.
