Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in time 2pm. Check out time 10am

Reception Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00
Sunday 08:00 - 17:00

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes, we will now be taking a $100.00 pre-authorisation via Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH). This will be used for any incidentals or mini bar charges that may be incurred throughout the guests stay. The pre-authorisation will take 5-10 business day to drop back into the guests account. You are required to present a valid credit card on arrival.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes – Please advise when making your reservation or contact South Central direct.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-outs are subject to availability. Please enquire with reception if you would like to organise a late check-out. Please note: late check-out fees apply.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

In order to secure your reservation, non-refundable accommodation charges are payable at the time the reservation is made. Please be advised that once payment has been taken the reservation is 100% non-refundable. We now have a 2% surcharge on all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only). This fee will be added to the total of the transaction. We do not accept cash payments. For all other bookings, a credit card is used to secure the booking. Your nominated credit card will then be charged your total accommodation charge 48 hours prior to check-in.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Office hours:

Monday - Saturday: 7am - 7pm
Sunday: 8am - 5pm
